Garbage, first off got the black ones, within a week the black was coming off, secondly it did not reduce swelling at all, did not help with sleeping and did not help with lymph drainage and to top it off it started leaving marks on my wrists. And the little tool given to remove the links works great to get the pins out, but to put back in does not work. Save your money don't buy!They are pretty bracelets, but the silver one started turning (changing color) within a week of wear and is no longer wearable nor pretty. No option to exchange or return.
